Job role
1.To conduct complete Corporate Insolvency Registration Process (CIRP)/ Liquidation Process as the support service provider to IPs including but not limited to:
a.Claim verification of all stakeholders in terms of the IBC and Regulations.
b. Conduct COC Meetings including preparation of Notice and Minutes;
c. Coordination with the IPs for safekeeping of assets of the Corporate Debtor
d. Assisting IPs in the operations of the Corporate Debtor where the CD is under operations
e. Drafting reports to be filed with NCLT
f. Coordinating with IPs and Professionals on various engagements
g. Follow up and updation of various hearings/submissions/ applications in various courts relating to assignments
h. Updation of MIRs
i. Record keeping, Cost/Fee recovery/ timely payments to all professionals and IPs
j. Drafting of various documents like IEOI, RPRP, IM, Pitch Book
k. Compliances including that of IPs
l. Plan Evaluation
m. Distribution of funds
n. Opening and operating bank accounts as me be required
o. Review of e-mails and responding promptly but within prescribed time lines.
